Como Planeador de Producción en SEE nos ayudas a organizar la producción de acuerdo con la demanda y estándares de calidad. Serás quien se asegure de que nuestros productos se produzcan a tiempo para su distribución de manera rentable.
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
1. Porque serás considerado un experto en el proceso de gestión de pedidos y apoyo a otros departamentos.
2. Trabajarás de forma autónoma dentro de los procedimientos y prácticas establecidos, siendo capaz de sugerir mejoras e implementarlas cuando corresponda.
3. Gestionarás y redistribuirás la carga de trabajo del equipo, según sea necesario, para garantizar que todo el trabajo se complete con precisión y eficiencia.
4. Te comunicarás con los clientes y administrarás las cuentas internas, atendiendo todas las consultas de manera útil, proactiva y receptiva.
5. Garantizarás que toda la documentación y los registros sean precisos, de fácil acceso y correctos.
6. Manejarás situaciones complejas para resolver problemas de manera efectiva utilizando precedentes o procedimientos existentes.
¿Qué habilidades te ayudarán a tener éxito?
1. Inglés intermedio (indispensable).
2. Experiencia en gestión de pedidos o reclamaciones en una división, país o conjunto de clientes específicos.
3. Conocimientos de SAP/ERP (deseable).
4. Manejo de Microsoft Office.
