Job Description

Responsibilities:

•    Lead and run projects aimed at developing new products (Product Line Extension) and substituting raw materials (Raw Material Replacement), collaborating across multiple functions (Manufacturing, Quality, I&D, Purchasing, Portfolio, etc.) and facilitating the communication within the Project Team.
•    Have active participation in supporting the I&D projects and transitioning them to Supply Chain.
•    Collaborate with the European Product Technologist Team to share and implement best Innovation Delivery Process (IDP) approach across all the European Plants.
•    Within the scope of the job, he/she will also collaborate with Production to:
o    Start Up new Lines and drive them to full manufacturing;
o    Support the Production Team for the troubleshooting of major process or quality problem;


Experience, 'know-how' and qualifications: 
    
Requirements:
•    Graduated in Technical-Scientific discipline.
•    Few years of Technical experience in Industry.
•    Ability to provide leadership in project management and project execution, involving multiple manufacturing areas, plants, and across various portions of the business.
•    Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in team and to transfer technical expertise to others in a diverse group of people.
•    Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and focus on critical project parameters that determine success or failure.  
•    Demonstrated flexibility within a high performance work environment and matrix managed organization.
•    Ready to work on multiple projects.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional presentation and negotiation skills.
•    Availability to spend major part of the day on Manufacturing shopfloor.
•    Availability to business travels.
•    Good English language knowledge.

Desirable:
•    Graduated in Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
•    Technical experience in Industry as process or R&D engineer in the plastic extrusion.
•    French native language.
