Summary

You will be a member of a dynamic Sales team, to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers by providing system solutions while delivering a standard of service excellence. You will be reporting to the Business Manager and your responsibilities are primarily as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales, account growth, plans and strategies to close sales opportunities.
  • Continue to build and manage while further developing the existing account sales.
  • Increase sales through penetration of full line of product and system solution offering for the food industry.
  • Recommending product solutions & meeting account sales penetration goals.
  • Sales presentation and preparing pre-calls plans & sales reports.
  • Manage outstanding accounts receivable and resolve customer problems.
  • Solicit new business for the sector
  • Work closely with all parties associated with new projects.
  • Liaison between clients, account coordinators, different sales specialists and other stake holders
  • Keeping abreast of competition in the market.
  • Reporting regularly to Business Manager as per requirement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in any Food/Chemical/Science/Engineering, preferable has food industry background.
  • At least 3 years relevant sales experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, and resourceful
  • Should be a self-starter and operate with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in English and able to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Possess own car
