What does a Service Engineer do?


A Service Engineer maintains installed fleet of equipment, installs equipment, and actively participates in the resolution of equipment breakdowns or issues with installed fleet. 

Why we need you?


  • To use your talent to provide maintenance and installation for fleet of equipment in the region.  
  • You will evaluate customer needs, define their expectations, plan and organize service, maintenance or installation work.  
  • To use your knowledge to provide customers with detailed instructions for, performs and coordinates installations, maintenance, testing and corrective actions.  
  • To use your communication and coordination skills, liaising activities with Sales force, Systems & Integration and Customers to ensure fast response, establish routine maintenance and testing for optimal operation and to optimize utilization of Company resources.  
  • Because you know how to manage specific projects as Team Leader or Team Member, ensuring timely progress for projects, reviewing and approving relevant documentation, analyzing data regarding equipment performance, maintenance, replacements, corrective actions, customer needs and other project elements, and planning the most efficient execution of maintenance and installations. 
  • Because you proactively seek to generate Company revenues and increase customer productivity.
