Job Description

Responsible to create the internal communication strategy to ensure that the unwired population is connected. In partnering with Global Communications to ensure alignment on SEE internal communications, will be responsible for translation and ensure cascade down to shop floor. It manages and guarantees efficient internal communication of the sites in all Americas by using creative tools to generate a good employee engagement.  It creates and maintains the channels that enable a  positive and constructive relationship between the employee and the organization.

The Communications Specialist is responsible for translations of general messages, deploying corporate global comms campaigns, creating aligned local comms campaigns,  training, informing, and engaging all employees across the sites in the Americas. This position communicates the best practices of Safety, Quality, and Operations while maintaining a good work environment that promotes and reinforce the growth of the employee. It will also be responsible for detecting communication needs for special projects and proposing a strategy.


  • Produce content to support our annual communications campaigns in all the sites.
  • Use brand voice to inform the latest news and corporate statements thru audiovisual and printed material.
  • Communicate employee benefits through the production of videos. 
  • Actively seek out information from the different departments of the site in order to communicate it to the employees. 
  • Develop, design, and implement engagement campaigns based on the company goals and the results of the EES.
  • Produce Safety, Quality, and Training videos based on the requirements of the business.
  • Produce a weekly news video to ensure a 360 communications platform.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate employee engagement events.
  • Administrate the internal and LATAM HR platform by publishing content.
  • Design internal communication printed media based on corporate branding.  
  • Administrate and improve the internal and global communications means.
  • Maintain the communication between the sites to ensure the elaboration and distribution of the Regional Newsletter.
  • Manage the SEE México Communication Team to ensure the internal communication actions across the SC and Commercial Team are fully accomplished.
  • Develop, design, and implement engagement campaigns based on the company goals for Americas countries and for the entire Americas region.
  • Create a SEE Onboarding process for LATAM Countries based on Corporate Framework.
  • Produce Site Introduction videos, Tour Videos, and Sales Support Material for Americas Sites.
  • Produce Be Safe Campaign for Shop Floor Employees in all America’s Countries and give support to Be Safe Global Campaign.
  • Support the creation and implementation of Global Communications Campaigns and Strategies for SC Sites.
  • Produce HR Benefits Material for all SEE Americas Employees.
  • Translate and distribute global material to LATAM countries.
  • Lead the Team, the creation of communication strategy, and the actions of the Supply Chain Americas Communication SteerCo.
  • Ensure and develop the communication channels for SC employees in the Americas Region.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or fine arts or related discipline)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong communication and people skills.and ability to lead and manage staff (three direct reports)
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom) and/or equivalent software.
  • Experience with corporate branding standards.
  • Use of VSLR’s and film equipment.
  • Experience in directing, producing, and editing audio and video.
  • Photography knowledge.
  • Office knowledge.
