Job Description

You be responsible for supporting Sealed Air equipment parts sales and service.  In addition to interfacing with Sealed Air Clients the position will have involvement with Sealed Air departments including but not limited to Sales, Technical Support, International Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering and Fabrication.  The position will require a daily review of export requirements such as HTS classification and Country or Origin for parts shipping outside the country.  Internal and External training on Export Compliance may be required. 

 

  • Processing incoming parts orders, via phone, fax, email and e-commerce for an extremely active Customer Service Department
  • Provide consultation and quotations to Field Representatives and distributors
  • Evaluate custom parts and upgrade requests
  • Maintain/exceed monthly sales budget.
  • Update International Tariff Codes and Country of Origin for parts exporting out of the country
  • Full time position:  Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
     

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in an appropriate, timely and responsible fashion
  • Experienced with Order Management/ERP and inventory systems strongly desired
  • Experienced in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Strong analytical, teambuilding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, energetic attitude focused on excellence in service, supporting customer needs, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office required; experience with Visual Manufacturing software a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment, or demonstrated inside sales experience
  • College Degree preferred
