Job Description


Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing


  • Support sales team
  • Coordinate and prepare Rebates and Price Support.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings with customer 
  • Constant contact with the customer in providing them support.
  • Liaise with other departments and follow deadlines on providing customer with accurate data and information
  • Prepare and send offers
  • Follow-up on the issues with orders in cooperation with Customer Service
  • Prepare price request for approval
  • Manage and update Data Base 
  • Prepare sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage every price increase and price list variation.
  • Credit and Debit note Issue
  • Manage calculating of rebates in the end of the year, verify final numbers
  • Manage PR (Purchase Requisition) in SAP for order to suppliers, and monitor the order forwarded to Purchasing department
  • Monitore and update change in procedures
  • Constant contact with other departments (Customer Service, Credit department, Quality Department, etc). 
  • Support sales manager in daily activities and company procedures. 
  • Prepare adhoc reports and necessary documents. 
  • Stationery orders, office managing activities
  • Business travel managing (booking of hotel, flights, etc.)
  • Manage contracts with legal department




  • University Degree
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • English - Upper-Intermediate
  • IT skills: SAP, Lotus, Excel
  • Customer-oriented, result-driven, excellent communication skills
