Job Description

The Channel Marketing and MySEE Manager will develop and execute marketing and communications programs for targeted channel partners to drive engagement and growth with Protective Packaging Key Growth Programs (KGPs) and MySEE. 


Drive Distributor engagement and growth with SEE Platform/COE Key Growth Programs, focusing on Strategic & Ambassador segments

  • Work with Channel Directors to develop and implement distribution sales programs centered on Platform/COE KGPs.
  • Update Quarterly Business Review with relevant, timely content to drive engagement and action.
  • Collaborate with SEE channel leadership and regional channel marketing leader to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements for Strategic & Ambassador segments.  
  • Track success of marketing-led sales promotions and programs.

Partner with regional Customer & Field Marketing team to transform our communications programs with our Channel partners: 

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of Regional Channel Marketing Calendar (rolling 12 months), tying closely to Protective and COE platform strategies and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Customize Regional Customer & Field Marketing team content for distributor audiences (examples: case studies, webinars, white papers, infographics, video testimonials, competitive positioning pieces).
  • Identify & recommend opportunities to drive higher engagement with Strategic & Ambassador distributors.
  • Identify, pitch and work with Customer & Field Marketing Team on the development and execution of assets that are intended for use by channel as well as TBMs and broader commercial team.

Serve as dedicated resource between Channel Partners, Channel Sales and Marketing

  • Update Channel Sales and Channel Partners with relevant North America external communications - campaigns, new available marketing and sale enablement assets, promotions, and training.

Maintain the Channel Partner Portal (CPP) and support transition to MySEE

  • Develop relevant content and maintain business information shared with distributor partners via CPP. 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for marketing content on CPP. 
  • Liaise with IT and Customer Experience on CPP technical issues as needed.
  • Continue to support as CPP content transitions to MySEE.

Develop content, training, and sales tools, as needed, to facilitate adoption of MySEE with distributors.
Support region on webinars/virtual events targeting Channel Partner audiences and their end use market segments. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related subject
  • 3-5 years professional content marketing, product management or channel marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to build rapport cross-functionally, influence and prioritize
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing marketing projects/campaigns
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Can clearly articulate complex ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to champion change and influence and facilitate results in a complex organization
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, learning mindset, cultivates-data driven insights, can work across multiple teams and personalities to gain agreements.
  • Excellent relationship building skills complemented by the proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries 
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Intellectually curious, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, can manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong project & time management skills with ability to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Ability to develop scalable, repeatable approaches to partner enablement and engagement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.  Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Analytics and business analysis experience is a plus
