Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Administrator will engage and collaborate with the Total Rewards department, completing assigned compensation and employee benefits administration responsibilities and related activities.  This individual contributor role requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities
  • Support compensation activities such as maintenance of job codes, job descriptions, and survey participation.
  • Support administration of health and welfare benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, and open enrollment process
  • Manage Global Compensation inbox and Benefits inbox to troubleshoot and resolve issues liaising with employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, HRIS, payroll and finance
  • Serve as liaison with outside vendors and manage billing process and payments for Benefits and Global Mobility
  • Complete ad-hoc report requests.
  • Provide administrative support for global immigration work driven by Total Rewards
  • May provide administrative support for Merger & Acquisition activities as required
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in the administration of human resources, with emphasis in compensation and/or employee benefit programs
  • Complete multiple assignments within specified timeframes
  • Ability to understand and to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with MS Office (advanced Excel skills required to perform successfully)
  • Familiarity with Success Factors or other HRIS Applications preferred
