Job Description

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a talent advisor and manage the full life cycle recruitment process for the assigned client groups within Sealed Air.  The successful individual will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility and a history of achieving results.  The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for using innovative sourcing strategies to attract the most qualified candidate for each position in a timely manner.  The individual will be focused on ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.  The Talent Acquisition Partner will build external networks and relationships with a focus on bringing best practice techniques to Sealed Air and overcoming challenging recruiting situations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all phases of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, assessing & selecting candidates, negotiating & presenting offers and finalizing hires
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including screening, timely feedback and onboarding and ensure that every candidate has a positive candidate experience
  • Develops strong understanding of Sealed Air business, competitive landscape and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
  • Support and collaboratively drive the identification and creation of innovative new strategies to attract and assess talent
  • Take ownership of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates and provide feedback to hiring manager based on communication plan agreed upon during intake session
  • Provide an overview of the Sealed Air business, employee benefits, opportunities for development and create a compelling vision to potential candidates about Sealed Air
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews, feedback and post-interview Hiring Manager debriefs for all positions being worked on directly or on in conjunction with 3rd party agencies/search firms, escorting applicants to interviews as required
  • Maintain accurate hiring documentation on all requisitions, interviews and candidates through Success Factors (ATS) to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times

 

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate work environment
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit for all levels of the organization
  • Highly collaborative, responsive and excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused and ensures highest level of customer & hiring manager satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks and leverage external best practices to build a talent pipeline
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring employees
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
