Job Summary


The Digital Channel Campaign Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer/prospect awareness, engagement, and continuous conversion with Sealed Air’s online customer engagement suite.  The ideal candidate must possess strong eCommerce Customer Behavior knowledge and be able to influence the customer through compelling messages and calls to action.  He/she is able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives on results oriented delivery informed by online customer data.  This person will lead campaigns through the plan, build, activate, and measurement phases and should enjoy solving complex customer problems in a B2B industry. 

The position reports to the Executive Director, Global Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations, and will be based at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC and/or potentially remote.





  • In partnership with the NAM Channel Leader, builds and executes the eCommerce marketing plan based on customer segment, industry or division, and business priority for the Sealed Air mySEE eCommerce suite. 
  • Is a subject matter expert for email marketing, including customer adoption and conversion metrics on eCommerce site.  Oversee the successful delivery of product launches and work with the functional leads to learn the market segment for the product launch while identifying MVP features needed for roll out. 
  • Responsible for designing strategies to meet the adoption and conversion goals while consistently trying to surpass the target KPI’s. 
  • Work with other workstream leaders to understand and support the eCommerce & business strategies and offer innovative roll out strategies to improve onboarding and engagement processes. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for creation of email campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase adoption and conversion on the eCommerce site.
  • Assist cross functional team to identify customer segments that can be onboarded to mySEE, considering opportunity size, capability alignment, business rules and business strategies while considering an impactful addressable market. 
  • Able to work in an agile, fast paced and start-up type environment with frequently changing priorities.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships to build project support and meet or exceed project milestones. 


Required Qualifications


  • 3+ years’ experience in digital/eCommerce marketing in an agile process environment
  • Experience with building feature Roadmaps Leading the digital product roadmap
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with leadership, business stakeholders and customers 
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into action
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Bachelor's Degree, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Can work effectively with remote teams
