The Digital Growth and Experience organization of Sealed Air is responsible for identifying, building and growing key digital transformation initiatives and customer facing products. 


The Digital Product Owner is a key role on the Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations team that will impact the pace and success of our global digital strategy. This role will be responsible for owning and advancing the AEM Sites development backlog in partnership with IT and DGX. The ideal candidate must possess strong Customer Empathy and Digital Marketing knowledge and will help enable an experience-driven customer experience. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives on results-oriented delivery. They will work with cross functional team members, leveraging data and customer needs to drive key business initiatives in a B2B industry.  


The position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Strategy leader and will be based at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC and/or can be fully remote if compatible with normal EST working hours.




  • Shows deep understanding and knowledge in Agile development as well as project management
  • Outlines pros and cons to technical solutions and showcases a forward-thinking approach for both short term and long-term business use cases
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with team of UX designers, engineers, content writers, marketers, and business stakeholders
  • Oversees and serves as functional SME for workflows, content authoring, run management, as well as updating documentation and guides related to releases
  • Helps to identify technical feasibility of requirements while calling out gaps and raising issues accordingly
  • Plans and performs analysis of content management activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing applications
  • Serves as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood
  • Clearly defines and writes frontend (UX) and backend (component-level) user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Reviews and approves EPIC and Stories requirements based on product/feature strategy 
  • Performs additional duties related to testing development in Stage, delegation, or execution of template-author responsibilities in Prod and maintaining live-site backlog




  • 3+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience in tactical deployment or releases in various technology platforms, applications, or websites
  • Experience working with interactive designers to fulfill UI/UX designs in parallel with Front End (UI) and Back End developers to build solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent




  • A strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Continuous learner and wiliness to execute as an individual contributor  
  • General understanding of frontend development html, css, and js 
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and products, a plus
