Position Purpose

 

  • Bring new technologies to life to improve employee experience and enhance our current technologies
  • Educate clients on what is available within our current technology framework and help them navigate our technology 
  • Communicate system changes as upgrades and other process changes occur

 

Key Outcomes

 

  • Deliver a knowledgeable internal client group that is well versed in navigating our HR technology resources. 
  • Improve internal processes through client consultation and identifying new technologies that will enhance our employee experience and increase system use adoption
  • Communicates system changes within the assigned client groups
  • Partner with other groups (including clients) to plan AOP for following year for future projects and PARs as needed
  • Manage annual compensation cycle within SuccessFactors
  • Manages the daily activities of analysts
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills
