The HR Internship program is a great way to jumpstart your career. Interns will work out of Sealed Air’s new state of the art corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC in one of a number of key areas within Sealed Air’s HR team, including: 


  • Talent Management 

  • Talent Acquisition 

  • Total Rewards 

  • Employee Engagement 

  • HR Information Systems 

  • Data Analytics 

  • HR Operations 


Sealed Air offers a 12-week paid-intern program where individuals are able to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field that will directly impact the business. As a program participant, you will be a fully contributing member of Sealed Air’s HR team for the summer. In addition, the program includes opportunity to present to senior leadership teams, participate in formal training, interact with interns and employees of other departments, and lead campus-wide community service events.

Interns will become a contributing member of our HR team for the duration of their internship. Other responsibilities may include: 

  • Organizing and participating in team meetings 

  • Planning, leading and executing project work 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Understand and apply policies, procedures and regulations 

  • Deliver a final presentation to the HR Leadership covering your project and experience 


  • Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or other business related field from an accredited university 

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point 

  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to lead initiatives as well as contribute as a team member 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and quality

  • Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills
