Job Summary


Sealed Air (SEE) is a global leader in packaging technology, serving all major industries segments including fresh food, medical, transportation, electronics, and the ever-expanding world of e-commerce fulfillment.  


We are growing rapidly to support the transformational change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. As a result, we are looking for skilled and driven marketers to help support a more customer-centric organization to develop Smart Packaging and Digital Printing solutions. 


To expedite our growth in in this area and drive global marketing engagement within the emerging marketplace, we are looking for a Marketing and Enablement Manager to support the activities of communication, campaign, training, and customer engagement.


A successful candidate in this role will combine creative, strategic, and tactical thinking with an analytical approach to systematically improve key performance metrics across all stages of a communication plan using an integrated marketing approach. 




  • Lead the integrated marketing strategies for all smart packaging, design, and digital printing programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization, create and execute marketing plans and campaigns for the assigned product line.
  • Partner with global and regional commercial/marketing teams to ensure a thoughtful, timely communication and training cadence with internal and external customers.
  • Plan and produce marketing communications and sales promotion materials – create content and assets to develop sales tools, landing pages, presentations, and sell sheets.
  • Develop cross-channel promotion strategy and editorial calendar; research, create, and edit content for all online and offline marketing vehicles. Support industry and trade shows events as needed.
  • Participate in development of branding, competitive positioning, value proposition, and new product launches.




  • Education, Experience and Certifications: 
  • Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Execution experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, program operations, content marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce retail marketing or a similar field.
  • Industry experience in marketing of B2B innovation, technology, and value-added services, such as active and intelligent packaging, digital printing, and digital front-end.
  • Strong writing, editing, layout and design, presentation development skills.
  • Familiar with project workflow management tools (Workfront, Wrike, Jira, etc.)
