Job Summary

Employing a digital-first mindset, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our global integrated marketing team to help develop and manage our paid media & SEM efforts to ensure they are achieving traffic, engagement and conversion goals. The Paid Media & SEM Specialist will execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies across multiple brands and campaigns across the global organization. This includes keyword research, audience identification & building, tracking, campaign implementation, bid & budget management and optimizations.

Job Description

  • Partner with teams across the global organization - Global & Regional Marketing, Regional Marketing Communications, Sales, Media/PR, Internal Communications & Brand – to develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels including paid search, display, video and social to achieve goals
  • Set up, configure and optimize, multi-channel paid media campaigns against KPIs
  • Serve as point of contact between external vendors & internal stakeholders on the development of paid media plans
  • Help creative services team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction
  • Ensure campaigns meet clearly defined conversion goals and implement rigorous A/B testing and tracking to drive campaign optimization
  • Manage budgets and timelines for campaigns
  • Leverage dashboards and other reporting tools to generate performance reports, insights,  wins and opportunities for optimization, and communicate to key stakeholders 
  • Support the MarTech/AdTech roadmap in collaboration with Marketing Operations & IT to drive capability planning and media integration with multi-channel marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of paid media experience with a concentration on strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Experience with social marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads
  • Experience with Google Advertising (Campaign Manager, DV360), Bing Advertising, Amazon ads, re-targeting, display, and video advertising tactics
  • Experience with SEM across multiple brands, languages and initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of digital media analytics
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising & demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Marketing Platform, Basis Technologies, DoubleClick, LiveRamp, a plus.
