Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst performs a wide variety of Payroll processing activities for the US and Canada including: approving final registers for Weekly/Semi-monthly pay groups, supporting eTime Administration (multiple locations), processing wage garnishments, liens, ad hoc wage and severance payments. Assist with tax compliance.

Responsibilities

US and Canada Payroll Processing, (Weekly and Semi Monthly)
Time administration
Tax administration
Wage Garnishment / Liens Processing
Data Mining / Report creation, (standard, ad hoc and custom)
Continuous improvement of payroll related processes. Work with others in HR and Finance to ensure proper financial reporting as well as root cause analysis when issues arise with payroll.

Qualifications

Associate Degree
0-3 years of payroll experience
Excellent mathematical skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency with payroll software and processes
Ability to work quickly under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication
Superior customer service and negotiating skills
Ability to work with a team (Internal to payroll, cross functionally and 3rd Parties)
