Position Purpose


The Sealed Air Regulatory Team is looking for a motivated and experienced Regulatory Affair Specialist to join our Innovation & Development department. As a Regulatory Affair Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of the company’s regulatory activities to ensure compliance with all regulations. Reporting to the Director of International Regulatory Affairs, you will be part of the team responsible for bringing Sealed Air products to global market.

  • You would use your Bachelor, Master’s degree, or PhD in chemistry, food science and technology, or any relevant discipline, with your 
  • To use your in-depth knowledge of food packaging material regulations in US and your 3+ years knowledge of the medical device industry (preferable with toxicology experience) in manufacturing and regulatory affairs.
  • To use your experience to lead and coordinate the Regulatory Affairs activities in the US, ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines in the target marketing regions.
  • To use your experience to support the Innovation and Development department, advising on regulatory requirements during product development processes.
  • You would ensure that company policies and procedures in the regulatory affairs area are understood and implemented. 
  • You would prepare technical documents and manage database systems to allow traceability of technical and regulatory information on materials and products. 
  • You would assist in preparing response to regulatory Authorities and queries within assigned timelines.
  • You would use your experience as a liaison between the organization and state/local, federal, and international agencies to submit required forms and paperwork.
