We seek a dedicated, self-driven leader and innovator to develop electrical and control systems for digital automation and Sealed Air equipment. This driven individual contributor will support all aspects of electrical controls project execution from concept through delivery, including power distribution system design, safety and control system design, PLC/HMI/servo programming, and site start-up support of integrated systems.  Candidates will show proficiency in creating detailed electrical assembly drawings for enclosure fabrication and machine assembly; proficiency in creating one-line diagrams, power distribution, IO and control, and other electrical schematics; and proficiency in integrating, programming, and debugging various systems automation equipment types, including Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLCs, PanelView HMIs, Kinetix servo, and PowerFlex drives. •    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 
•    Eight or more years of industrial automation experience designing and troubleshooting electrical and control systems
•    Proficient with software development techniques and modern practices such as TDD, devops, and cloud services
•    Experience with edge application design including networking, security, and commercial product requirements
•    Able to work in collaborative Agile teams or autonomously without a supervising engineer
•    Manufacturing experience with food equipment or system integrator experience is a plus
•    Ability to occasionally travel (domestic and international)
•    Proficiency with Solidworks Electrical, Draftsight, or similar CAD software; Solidworks CAD experience is a plus
