The Senior Executive Compensation Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of Sealed Air’s global stock plan administration as well as providing overall support to the Director, Executive Compensation on a variety of Executive Compensation tasks including support and communication to Sealed Air’s executives, data collection and validation related to the annual Proxy statement, and preparation of quarterly Compensation Committee materials. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to our business and grow as an integral member of the global Total Rewards team.


  • Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of the equity administration function.   Manage 3rd party vendor relationship and interface with key global business partners in HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, Audit, and Payroll.
  • Coordinate all activities for the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) grants and vesting’s including employee communications, education and escalations.
  • Participate in the administration of executive compensation programs for officer and key executives. Programs include base pay evaluation, short- and long-term incentive plans and deferred compensation plans.
  • Support in the preparation of executive employee communications and annual compensation summary packets.
  • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly Compensation Committee materials.
  • Work with internal and external resources in the preparation of the company Proxy. Assist in the annual preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) and the Summary Compensation Table and associated other tables as part of the annual Proxy statement.




  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in compensation and 3+ years in executive compensation or equity administration.
  • Previous global experience in Executive Compensation analysis and equity administration.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and establish relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-Suite executives and Board members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and adjust to changing priorities while making regular progress on assigned projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Products (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strict attention to detail and confidentiality required.
  • Experience within corporate compensation, HR professional services or HR consulting firm
  • Understanding of Long-Term Incentive Plan concepts and designs
  • Working knowledge of corporate compliance requirements.
