Job Description


Senior HRIS Analyst will have primary responsibilities supporting HR reporting.  Builds, enhances and supports requirements for requested and standard reports.  Analyze work process design and flow, improve processes as well as leverage and improve on technological capabilities. Incumbent will build project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules

Will work effectively with peers as well as set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.  This position also serves as a technical support and provides subject matter expertise around data integrity, testing of system changes, advanced report writing and analyzing data flows / issues for process improvement opportunities 

The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned




  • Provides direct support in building and furnishing data for our people analytics as well as operational reporting
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools (Power BI & SAP People Analytics) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people metrics and other cross-functional data as needed
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key Human Resources and Manager standard reports in SuccessFactors
  • Identify report request trends to further standardize available reports to HR and managers
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes
  • Provide support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirement
  • Identify technical issues, problems and opportunities.  Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions. 
  • Build Functional requirement documents in support of new technology demand
  • Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. 
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policies or ways of working
  • Assist in development or functional design of standard reports for ongoing customer needs or new technology implementations. Work with reporting Subject Matter Experts during required development
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running reports and analyzing data. 
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. 




  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years’ experience with HR Systems
  • Advanced skills in SuccessFactors reporting
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects independently and to leverage contributions of other team members to accomplish projects. 
  • Technical trouble-shooting skills to resolve technical issues 
  • Collaborate and trouble-shoot with IT.  Understanding the IT language and interpretation of requirements.




  • Strong preference for candidates who have come from an internal HR professional services or IT environment with experience across two or more HR functions including HR data management (HRIS), payroll, benefits, compensation, organizational management and recruiting.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment while managing multiple team member workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Demonstrated team player, leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience working across multiple countries
