Job Summary


Reporting to the Treasury Director, Cash Operations and Capital Markets, as the Sr. Treasury Analyst, your main areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to assistance with and support for:


  • Monitor global daily cash position.
  • Recommendation on daily borrowing and investment activities within guidelines.
  • Leading role on global bank account management with subsidiaries (e.g. KYC, account opening/closure).
  • Manage Intercompany Loan portfolio in the treasury management system and coordinate month-end reporting and general ledger accounting with local finance managers.
  • Execution of foreign currency confirmations and settlements.
  • Support preparation of short-term global cash forecast while identifying risks and opportunities to projections.
  • Lead actions to minimize idle cash balances, maximize interest generation, reduce banking costs and efficiently manage banking group.
  • Recommend and lead updates to Treasury policies.
  • Prepare monthly reporting of foreign currency results, including analysis of drivers.
  • Publish global FX rates monthly, ensuring reporting accuracy through adherence to procedures and controls.
  • Leading role on global cash repatriation efforts.
  • Maintain and develop share repurchase program reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare required reporting of debt transactions, including monthly/quarterly reports and management reports.
  • Support quarter-end footnotes preparation.
  • Update Sealed Air’s weighted average cost of capital and benchmark peers as needed.
  • Support Company leverage forecasting in context of capital allocation priorities.
  • Prepare audit documentation for SOX, Internal Audit and External Audit.
  • Serve as a treasury point of contact and act as a liaison with peers across the globe and various other departments.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and recommend/implement improvements to enhance best practices, working cross-functionally to include appropriate stakeholders and driving innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications for Success


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance; preferably with a global multi-national company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline from four-year college or university. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Demonstrated familiarity with principles of liquidity management and corporate funding
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts/principles
  • Ability to adapt to varied and changing responsibilities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking proficiency
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams and working cross-functionally
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt/learn on the fly
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Bonus Points


  • Experience with Quantum TMS, Hyperion suite of tools, SAP ERP and Bloomberg a plus.
