Job Summary


We are growing rapidly to support the transformational change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. As a result, we are looking for skilled and driven marketers to help support a more customer-centric organization. If you are well versed in marketing strategy, value chain analysis and business model development, this is the job for you. You will have the opportunity to build out this capability in our organization and make it your own, while having high visibility throughout our entire organization doing it. The key for this position is a willingness to take on challenging problems, leverage deep industry insight to define our strategic innovation priorities and communicate business plans in a meaningful way so that key stakeholders and leadership can understand and act upon it. 




  • Generating and formalizing market strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the value chain, industry economics and competitive structures.
  • Identifying opportunity spaces and emerging technologies to facilitate the development of new products and platforms 
  • Facilitating VOC engagements, including scoping of relevant ethnographic drivers / trends. 
  • Creating concrete business cases and build consensus around a strategic vision.
  • Developing strategic roadmap, ensuring everyone has clear transparency and visibility to the overall global plan, products and initiatives.
  • Owning buyer enablement/customer journey across all channels of engagement specific to the respective market(s).
  • Harmonizing information from multiple sources (e.g. customer engagements, intelligence reports, market trends, IP filings, import / export statistics, etc) to support strategic decision making. 




  • Education, Experience and Certifications:
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Admin, Marketing or a directly related field of study preferred.
  • Advanced degree/MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ previous experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing, in areas including strategy, business intelligence, value chain analysis, buyer journey mapping, product portfolio management, and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Directly related work experience within the food or packaging industries is a plus. 




  • You are well-versed in driving white space analysis, new business models, and financial analysis and can bring a unique perspective to the team. 
  • You have experience driving innovation and strategic market development in both mature and emerging economies, executing your vision and ultimately exceeding revenue goals. 
  • You are self-motivated.
  • You embrace the idea of diving headfirst into projects and are comfortable with finding the solution as you go along. You have bias for action and results. 
  • You are not afraid to speak your mind, and you continually suggest new ideas or ways to improve on old ideas or processes. 
  • You are wildly curious about what’s next in our world-changing-business and game to help us get there. You take a creative approach to understanding the market, recognizing opportunities and envisioning strategies for growth. 
  • You take ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams. 
  • You are highly entrepreneurial, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and don’t mind a constantly evolving job where you can determine what you do next. 
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, such as consensus building, decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • You thrive presenting your work and delivering insight.
