What is this role responsible for?

 

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations team is a specialist group within the larger Global Talent Acquistion team, responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency focused around Sealed Air's internal and external talent acquisition needs. This role, which has specific oversight for the Americas region (North America/South America), will serve as a functional talent acquisition expert responsible for managing the day to day talent acquisition infratructure, processes and projects to ensure the organization is set up to compete for talent on the global scale. 

 

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • collaborating with HR Technology partners to manage administration for our HRIS systems (i.e. - SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Onboarding and LMS systems).
  • driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement efforts focused on talent acquisition tools, systems and processes.
  • creating and managing line of site talent acquisition data analytics focused on measuring key performance indicators; performing ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
  • designing, planning and administering training programs for talent acquisition processes and systems.
  • leading and/or providing support for local, regional and global Talent Acquisition/HR projects.
  • managing talent acquisition programs, tools, and related vendor relationships includiing but not limited to Assessment Program and Recruiting Marketing Partnerships.
  • serving as the functional talent acquisition expert point of contact for the Americas region Talent Acquisiton COE.

The ideal candidate has:

 

  • a bachelor degree from a four-year college or university; preferably in a related field of study. 
  • at least five years of directly related work experience.
  • prior talent acquisition/recruitment experience within a large multi-national corporation.
  • prior experience creating and administering training programs around HR systems, processes and tools.
  • project management skills and resourcefulness to see tasks and initiatives through to completion with limited precedence and minimal guidance.
  • working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); specifically SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.
  • working knowldge of HR data analytics and metrics, and understand how to create and analyze them to drive strategic decision making.
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present across all levels of the organization.
  • strong continuous improvement mindset with a a focus on our internal and external customer groups.
  • strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying/anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruption.
  • a demonstrated ability to work with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • a demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and work well under pressure (i.e. - managing multiple assignments/projects, meeting customer needs on accelerate schedules).
