Job Summary


We are growing rapidly to support the change and disruption happening in the industries we serve. You will play a key role in shaping our new innovative initiatives, creating a useful and elegant product within the constraints of the product’s technical framework. This role is both hands-on and strategic, requiring someone who has a solid background in conceptualizing, researching, designing, and creating first-class product experiences.

  • Execute on Sealed Air’s OneSEE vision, creating end to end, world-class user experiences based on research, insights, and analysis. 
  • Collaborate with other Experience Design team members to deliver design solutions ensuring consistency across platforms, adhering to established digital brand standards, UX workflows, Design Thinking methodologies. 
  • Drive alignment through the concepting, workshop facilitation, and userflow creation during Discovery Phase of design life cycle.
  • Partner closely with the Experience Design Research team to leverage our standardized research workflow and customer methodologies to conduct user interviews and usability tests.
  • Create high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, and prototypes using and producing reusable design tokens, components and patterns that will be integrated into our Design System.
  • Use design skills, not only as a tool to solve execution problems, but to identify new opportunities for value creation. 
  • Iterate launched products based post-launch behavioral analytics and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, UX Content Strategists, external partners, IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, e-Commerce, and Marketing teams. 
  • Effectively communicate design intent and rationale to designers, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.
  • Help bridge and promote UX methodologies across the broader organization.

Profile for Success


  • Education: Bachelors in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, advertising, marketing or similar field is preferred; if no degree, at least 4+ years in a UX/Digital Design role
  • Professional Experience:  3+ years in applied product/UX design with a strong UI/UX design framework and experience working within a digital design system.
  • Design Rigor: Expert command over a wide range of design methods and high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, high-matrixed environment. Comfort with accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism. 
  • Communication:  Ability to communicate ideas through UX deliverables. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge & Skills:  A command of design principles and visual storytelling. Experience turning information and data into simple, easy to understand insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience communicating ideas and evangelizing user needs.
  • Work style: A self-motivator with the ability to proactively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with competing timelines. Enthusiasm for giving our user a voice.
  •  An impressive portfolio that demonstrates vision, innovation and story-telling skills in user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes and conceptual explorations
  • Proven ability to work within design tools such as Figma or other comparable creative applications
  • Ability to simply and effectively visualize and represent complex business and technical scenarios through sketches and storytelling
  • A real passion for users and solving their needs through visual storytelling.
  • Ability to be nimble and creative under project constraints.
