Sealed Air offers a 12-week paid intern program where individuals gain hands-on experience in their chosen field that
will directly impact the business. As a program participant, you will be a fully contributing member of Sealed Air’s HR
team for the summer. In addition, the program includes opportunity to present to senior leadership teams, participate
in formal training, interact with interns and employees of other departments, and lead campus-wide community service

Interns will work out of Sealed Air’s state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC with the opportunity to be
a part of our Global HR team that includes:

• Talent Management
• Talent Acquisition
• Total Rewards
• HR Business Partners
• HR Information Systems
• HR Operations

We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our Talent Management and HR Business Partner teams!
In this role, you will support Sealed Air’s talent management programs including workforce planning, high-potential
identification and tracking, and developing our evolving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.


This specific HR Intern will be designated to our Talent Management and HR Business Partner Teams. Some potential
projects may include:

HR Business Partner Projects
• Complete a 3-year data analysis on all High Potentials and tracking their progress over time. This would
include additional forensic research to consolidate relevant information including employee career paths,
performance ratings, title changes, etc.
• Compilation of best-practice research on workforce planning/tracking, and presentation of ways to adopt
these practices into our current system.
• Partnering with the HR Business Partner team members to assist in additional projects and assignments as

Diversity and Inclusion Projects
• Conducting a global workforce data analysis and drawing meaningful conclusions that the D&I council can
act upon.
• Create and organize various communications and content, including website development
(internal/external), educational media, manager tips, etc.
• Provide program and project support for ongoing initiatives aligned with the D&I strategy for advancing
education/awareness, as well as promoting on going conversation across the organization.
• Support Talent Acquisition diversity related initiatives (i.e., identify effective candidate pipeline sources to
increase diversity)


Education: Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, I-O Psychology, Career Development, Business
Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university

Required Skills/Training:
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong data and analytics acumen and proven experience
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to lead initiatives as well as contribute as a team member
• Sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Effective prioritization and project management skills
• Ability to excel in a multi-cultural, fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills
