Job Summary


As a member of the Total Rewards& Organizational Effectiveness Team, the Total Rewards Consultant role will support team initiatives aligned with the Company strategy concentrating on Benefits and Compensation programs. This individual contributor role requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills and attention to details.




  • U.S. Health and Welfare (H&W) Vendor Management – focused on improving service delivery and resolving employee issues
  • Support annual enrollment process, testing, system implementation, and employee questions    
  • Lead interactions with payroll and external vendors to ensure benefit deductions and 401k and HSA contributions are properly set up and allocated 
  • Lead H&W compliance activities, including discrimination testing, HIPAA training, etc. 
  • Administer ancillary benefit programs like scholarship and tuition reimbursement
  • Reconciliation, validation, and management of claims reporting and invoices
  • Administration of Sealed Air’s long-term incentive plans, including restricted stock units and performance share awards; collaborating across internal and external partners on LTI award grants, vests and cancellations and ensuring reporting, audits, reconciliations, compliance, employee education, training and communications are executed flawlessly. 
  • Support compensation work and projects such as benchmarking, job evaluations, and analysis and recommendations for DE&I initiatives
  • Assist with other Total Rewards projects as assigned e.g. M&A, recognition, organizational effectiveness, wellbeing, etc




  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in the administration of human resources, with emphasis in compensation and/or employee benefit programs 
  • Complete multiple assignments within specified timeframes
  • Ability to understand and to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with MS Office (advanced Excel skills required to perform successfully)
  • Familiarity with Success Factors or other HRIS Applications preferred
  • Basic knowledge of benefits administration and exposure to broad based employee benefits programs
