Job Description

Equipment

  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of Sealed Air equipment
  • Maintain the services requirements and reporting of all installed Sealed Air equipment
  • Manage the emergency repairs to Sealed Air equipment
  • Control the spare parts stock and manage the service tool kits
  • Quality and Equipment Sales

Develop and maintain a customer service relationship with customers and service companies to expedite the service engineer function

  • Contribute to the development of new business and enhancing existing business
  • Conduct materials and equipment audits
  • Liaise with customers to ensure Sealed Air equipment is maintained in optimum condition
  • Equipment Systems

Provide an advisory service to customer equipment departments on Sealed Air equipment and services

  • Respond to and facilitate the resolution of customer concerns
  • Develop potential equipment sales
  • Administration

Prepare and submit customer call reports as requested

  • Customer invoicing for equipment and spare parts
  • Maintain all record systems relating to customers
  • Maintain Company assets and equipment in accordance with Company policy

Qualifications

Current New Zealand Electrical registration
