Job Summary

The Protective Equipment and Automation Sales Representative will sell our total automated solutions offerings to achieve planned sales and profit objectives. This will be achieved by developing and implementing our SEE Equipment and Automation business strategy, developing new business and increasing market share within existing customers.
You will assist in developing the go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with key stakeholders from business including Marketing, Portfolio, Project Engineering and Technical Service. In this role, the candidate will provide insight, guidance and direction to the internal teams based on market analysis and customer insight.

Job Description

  • Lead new business development and all sales activities. Ability to engage, build relationships and sell at the Executive level with customers, Integrators, 3PLs, Channel Partners and other key strategic business partners.
  • Sell highly technical and Integrated Automated solutions including Auto Box (I-Pack and e-Cube), FloWrap, PriorityPak, StealthWrap, Autobag and Integration capabilities into E-Commerce – Fulfillment companies.
  • Manage sales pipeline with Sales Management and Portfolio team. Use CRM for timely and accurate updates on opportunity status, sales pipeline and competitive activity. 
  • Develop custom proposals to drive customer value. Monetize the total SEE Automation solution by leveraging the Project Value Analysis/ROI tool. Include case studies and competitive intelligence to position SEE as the preferred solution. Detail the SEE machinery and material product offerings including Integration capabilities and Technical Service capabilities. 
  • Ability to travel overnight a minimum of 35%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Engineering with a focus on automation technology.
  • 5 – 8 years of Field Sales experience including Fulfillment Industry product line experience.
  • Must have a strong technical aptitude.
  • Skills required:  Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Lean Six Sigma trained or Green Belt Certification is preferred
