Main Responsibilities

 

In this role you will be responsible for managing the region to increase sales & profitability in line with our budgeted goals. In this position you will be selling through our existing Distributor network but also seeking new opportunities to expand our customer base. Working with our customers, we strive to exceed their expectations by assisting them to grow their sales through working closely with their sales teams to secure new business and sharing in the value that we bring to our mutual benefit.  

Principal Accountabilities

 

  • Engaging with our customers to seek opportunities at their existing and prospective customers.
  • Engaging directly with prospects at end user level 
  • Understand and use “Value Added” selling techniques to position our products.
  • To work effectively with Customer Services and Supply Chain teams
  • To report effectively on regional activities.
  • Working remotely from a home office base, you will have the drive and commitment to consistently deliver results.
     

Skills and Experience

 

  • Senior Sales experience required
  • Proven Track record in “Value Added” solution selling into large National accounts
  • Selling experience, with knowledge of selling to/through Distributors.
  • You must be computer literate with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Selling skills and ability to build relationships
  • Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Works well under pressure and on own initiative
  • Positive attitude and pragmatic approach
