Job Description


Lead and manage the service of the company’s automation equipment platforms with defined customers. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales and service revenues.  The main responsibilities are to manage customers in technical assistance, account development, selling Sealed Air solutions in equipment and service.




  • Provide service and customer support during field visits
  • Schedule and conduct agreed Preventive Maintenance with Customer
  • Perform startups on automation equipment / customer site-training with automation equipment;
  • Manage all on-site customer installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Give input to product performance as well as feedback from the field on performance of products and services;
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Provides on-call customer support as needed for non-business hours as prescribed by management.




  • College, technical or vocational school or 4-5 year experience
  • Technical and practical experience and understanding of how equipment is used and operated in the field
  • Mechanical and Electrical proficiency required.
  • Ability to understand design and manufacturing principles for Sealed Air Equipment
  • Must possess a current valid US driver's license and US passport
  • Technical and mechanical ability to repair heavy equipment and units in the field using schematics
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to represent the Company effectively and professionally, including excellent customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and diffuse tense situations
