Job Summary:

Leading the Commercial Strategy of MySEE, the IBP Process and Performance Management activities within EMEA.

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Leading Commercial workstream on MySEE, help to set strategy for EMEA 
  • Lead the IBP process for EMEA 
  • Lead the Variable Compensation Program for EMEA 
  • Overall Management of Performance Management Team 
  • Lead Inventory Management Programs for EMEA  
  • Non-financial Reporting  
  • Develop strategy on Territory Coverage, Sales Targets and Quotas   

 

Has full managerial responsibility: has direct reports, assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, is accountable for performance evaluation, plans staff development, and makes and approves people management decisions either alone or in collaboration with management and P&P (including recruitment, promotions, terminations, and compensation).

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
  • Experience: 15+ years
  • Experience with transformation from offline to online B2B business
  • Experience with Forecasting
