Your mission:
- Reporting hierarchically to the "shrink hub" technical director, you manage the investment projects entrusted to you in complete autonomy from the pre-study phase, the drafting of investment requests and their approval until the start of the installations.
- You coordinate the actions in compliance with the objectives (safety, cost, time, quality), and follow in real time the key stages and the smooth running of the various projects, until the transfer of equipment into production, in our factories located in France and Western Europe.
- To carry out your mission, you rely on the local teams, on the leaders of the various technological platforms of the group (central engineering) but also on the support of our various subcontracting partners taking into account the volumes to be processed.
- You also manage equipment improvement projects (reduction of production costs, capacity improvement, regulatory compliance, etc.).
Your profile:
- Generalist engineer type training, you justify a solid experience in technical project management as well as successful experiences in coordination of multidisciplinary teams (internal / subcontracting).
- Fluent in French and in English (working language), you have very good communication skills at all levels and know how to work in multicultural and multifunctional teams.
- Organized, rigorous, methodical, you know how to define priorities, make decisions and hold objectives.
- You are recognized for your dynamism and leadership, as well as for your ability to innovate in an international context. One-off trips are to be expected in Europe.
