Job Description

- Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications - Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws - Develops organizationwide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers - Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys

Qualifications

 

De niveau Bac + 2 logistique ou commerciale ou expérience équivalente vous maîtrisez impérativement l’Anglais au moins à l’écrit (niveau B1 minimum). 
Très à l’aise avec l’informatique, vous avez déjà de l’expérience au sein de services clients et avez  développé une utilisation régulière des outils du Pack ’Office (Word, Excel), Office 365, ainsi que de SAP (saisie, requêtes etc.).
Doté(e) d’un grand sens du service client, vous êtes autonome et rigoureux(se), et faites preuve d’esprit d’analyse et de décision, 
Vous avez de réelles capacités de négociation et savez résister au stress,
Reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe et esprit positif, vous savez travailler en équipe multifonctionnelle et en binôme
