What does a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner do?

 

As part of the global Sealed Air recruitment team and reporting to the Lead Sr TA Partner Europe, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner leads full life-cycle recruitment efforts developing strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility and a history of achieving results focused on creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

  • To apply your in-depth understanding of the group's businesses and needs and your ability to recruit at all levels of the organisation by developing a genuine partnership with management.
  • Because you are customer focused and ensure highest level of customer & hiring manager satisfaction.

Profile:

 

  • Experience in recruiting a variety of profiles (sales, process engineer, manager, after-sales service engineer, quality engineer, management controller, etc.) in a French environment, preferably industrial and international, or in a recruitment firm working on this type of profile.
  • In addition to the mastery of social recruitment networks and sourcing, a perfect command of English (the language of the group) and French (the country on which the TA Partner will focus 80%) is imperative. A third European language is a plus.
