Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

Located at the Fawkner manufacturing site and head office, the role will report to the Australian Sales Director, this role will work as an important support resource for the commercial team. Responsible for communicating and maintaining information and data for the commercial team, whilst also working closely with marketing, equipment, finance and customer services when required to support these functions.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Monthly sales reporting metrics and preparation of monthly presentations.
• Tracking, measuring and managing field assets with sales team and service contractors.
• Initial point of contact for sales new enquiries.
• Review aged inventory position with supply chain and highlight products/customers requiring attention.

About the person

• Experienced and comfortable dealing with customers
• Solid communication & project management skills
• SAP experience essential
• Advanced Excel Skills essential
• Advanced PowerPoint skills essential
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Packaging industry experience or similar ideal but not essential
• Customer service or sales support background well regarded
