Job Description

Our Team:

We are a team of 30 friendly people based out in Te Rapa.

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the main responsibility of this role is to manage orders for your portfolio of customers based in either New Zealand or Australia.

This is a key relationship role where building strong relationships and knowing your customers business is key.

Key Daily Activities

  • To process all orders efficiently and accurately
  • Proactively advise Customers of any changes or impacts on their orders
  • Own and resolve Customer issues co-ordinating activities with other departments to ensure complete Customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and utilise that relationship to build preference for Sealed Air products
