We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our small equipment and services team based in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This is a full-time permanent role that will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

 

About the Role:

Reporting to the ANZ Customer Service / Logistics Manager, the Customer Service Representative’s main responsibility is to provide customer service support to the service team, who maintain and service our customers equipment. There will be an opportunity to support large equipment project sales, including execution of leases and sales contracts.

 

As part of the wider team, this role will carry out timely and accurate creation of service orders while monitoring all major machinery projects and machine movements under the logistics team. This role will prepare documentation for finance, keep equipment records and asset registers updated and ensure cash sales and credits are processed in line with company procedures. Training will be provided in all areas of the role.

 

Proactiveness, attention to detail, multitasking, accuracy, clear communication and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will be the key to success in this role.

About the person:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and customer service, with great communication skills. You will have experience within a similar position and previous SAP experience is preferred but not required. If you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and are comfortable taking initiative, then we would love to hear from you!
