About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our small Projects and Services team based out in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This role is a 6-month fixed term position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am through to 5:00pm.


Reporting to the ANZ Customer Service/Logistics Manager, the Customer Service Representative’s main responsibility is to provide customer service support for the maintenance of our customers equipment. There will be an opportunity to support large equipment project sales, including execution of leases and sales contracts.


As part of the wider team, this role will carry out timely and accurate creation of service orders while monitoring all major machinery projects and machine movements under the logistics team. This role will prepare documentation for finance, keep equipment records and asset registers updated and ensure cash sales and credits are processed in line with company procedures.

About the person:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and customer service, with great communication skills. You will have experience within a similar position and previous SAP experience is preferred but not required.  If you are a customer service superstar with a can-do attitude, then we want to hear from you!
