We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Clerk to join our team, based out in Te Rapa, Hamilton. This role will work Monday to Friday from 8:00am through to 5:00pm with an opportunity for flexible working arrangements.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Manager, the main responsibility of this role is to maintain and update accurate data and statistical analysis into SAP for all production departments in the Hamilton plant. This role will provide administrative support to the Group Performance Leaders and Manufacturing Manager, while supporting the production teams with overall SAP data entry and accuracy.

Another key responsibility for this role is to support with the overall plant training function, by organising external training, maintaining accurate training records, and managing the in-house training facility and equipment. This role will implement a review process for training material and work alongside the front-line leadership to ensure all training requirements are met.

About the person:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about accurate record keeping with a keen eye for detail. You will have previous SAP experience with strong data analysis skills. Previous experience within in administrative/support function will be highly advantageous. If you are outcome driven with a can-do attitude, then we want to hear from you!
