What does a Customer Service Partner do?

Sealed Air Vietnam is looking for a motivated and experienced CS Partner to join our APAC Customer Service team. The role will be base in Hanoi (fully remote Home Base model) and reports to Regional Customer Service Manager who is based in Thailand. The role will require to work 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday).

You will be a working partner of the sales team, support all business units in Vietnam country, give your professional and timely support and cooperation to sales team, actively complete the order needs of target large customers, and achieve the company's strategic goal of growing sales.

Job Description

  • Perform purchaser, Planers, and Delivery Order Management tasks accordingly to/from SEE or 3rd Party suppliers in a timely manner. Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast. Contribute and undertake daily trouble shootings and problem solving. Strive for continuous process improvement like reduce order cycle time and improve automation.
  • Communicate with customer, accept order and forecast analyze customer demand and feedback to customer. confirm delivery record with customer and advise fin. Dept. to issue invoices and provide original doc. Ensure 100% on time delivery.
  • Update customer demand, manage customer demand fluctuation, and analyze mid-term and long-term customer demand, define the possible capacity risk
  • Contribute to development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication related to order management e.g., product availability, order status and delivery tracking. Confirm delivery record with sub-supplier and customer and advise fin. Dept to issue invoice and provide original doc. Ensure SEMI FG, and FG inventory. Coordinate with vendor’s production line to ensure production plan completion in case of emergency
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management in sales organizations.
  • Coordinate and process all export/import activities and documents, liaise with all involved 3rd parties (service providers, supplier, bank, etc..), verify documents content consistency and send complete set of documents to customers.

What we are looking for in you?

  • Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools
  • Fluent in English as a business language - written and verbal is an advantage
  • Manufacturing work experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Able to commit work from Monday to Saturday
