Summary

The HR Director will provide both strategic and tactical HR support to Iowa Park and Wichita Falls Supply Chain locations. The ideal candidate should be a strategic partner and an executional leader for all aspects of HR for the Supply Chain organization. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Management in Supply Chain to build a high-performance driven culture and develop talent strategies that clearly reflect the business strategies. In addition, this role supports, implements, and executes all tactical aspects of the HR function. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, immigration & relocation); Talent Acquisition (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation), Talent Management (succession planning, performance management & development), Learning & Organizational Capability (performance management, training delivery & design), Diversity & Inclusion programs coordination, HRIS deployment, government & legislative compliance, employee and labor relations, termination management, and employee engagement and good will initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the execution of the Sealed Air global HR Strategy and serve as liaison between the business, corporate HR, and the centers of excellence within the HR function

• Total Rewards (compensation, benefits)

• Talent Acquisition (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation),

• Talent Management (performance management & development)

• Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly hires (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation)

• Learning & Organizational Capability (performance management, training delivery & design)

• Diversity & Inclusion programs coordination

• Pro-active monitoring of bench strength and succession planning for key local leader roles

• Partner with leadership to drive local engagement and culture change activities, and improve results

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on aligning organizational structures with the business, develop and implement both the strategic design and associated actions in regard to workforce strategies and planning
• Provide guidance and where relevant coaching to managers in both methods and actions on HR policies and procedures
• Initiate and drive key capability building strategies and programs for Supply Chain’s current and future business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 10 plus years of HR Generalist work experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting a large facility or region.

• 3 or more years with management experience

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience supporting high performance work teams in a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of HR laws, principles and practices
