Senior Sales & Service Engineer

Technical and Application Support

• Understanding customer needs and recommendation of the right solution
• Supporting the team Value and TCO calculations
• Drawing for Automation and Protective Packaging designs
• Leading Trials, Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting

Sales Support

• Regular visits to existing customer for maintenance of equipment
• Search and develop new opportunities at existing customer (White Spots)
• Offer extended warranty and service contract to customer and distributors
• Sales of IP Service & SP Equip Service with targets
• Equipment sales (provide technical support pre and post sales)
• Sharing of sales responsibility with the team on ground

Training and Know-How Sharing

• Design and deliver trainings / refresh trainings to build efficiencies within team
• Preparation and implementation of SOPs for customers
• Preparation of service contract
• TOT (training of trainer) to customer and distributor

Continuous Improvement for Product knowledge and skills

• Training on Automation and Integration
• Knowledge and concept training for our new products and solutions
• Learn for the PLC build concept software with the help of Regional/Global Engineering Team
