Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

 

The customer service department, at our office in Zaventem (Belgium), supports our Autobag customers in Benelux, South of Europe and MENA and consists of three agents. They are responsible of the full order process of our plastics, ribbons and spare parts. You will report to the Office Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Order processing
  • Purchase and Sales orders bags
  • Purchase and Sales orders ribbon
  • Quality procedures
  • Artwork preparation
  • Contacts with UK and US plants
Qualifications
  • Accurate and analytical
  • Fluent Dutch, English and French
  • Have a first experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small team
  • Customer oriented
  • Being able to cope with stressful situations
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Able to work with priorities and deadlines
