Job Description




To provide support to the Sales Team, Executive Director, Sales Director Northern Europe and UK&I National Sales Manager.


Principal Accountabilities:


  • To support the Product Care Team including responding to internal and external emails, requests and telephone calls.  Typing departmental correspondence, including quotations, letters, mailshots and Powerpoint presentations, scanning and emailing install documents, typing and emailing of Instapak operator training certificates, weekly collation of SDS sheets to go out with SAP generated letters.
  • Some data input into our C4C system.
  • Arranging meetings on-site and off-site - booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, transport and hotels, and preparation of meeting materials.  Providing refreshments where necessary.  
  • Running regional and national sales reports on a monthly basis or as requested for meetings, budget preparation etc.  Distribution to sales team and distributors.
  • Month End duties, including handling of private and confidential information with regards to Commission and Bonus Files.  Running and analysis of reports such as Lost and Gained Business, Call Rates, Distributor Figures and Trend Analysis. 
  • Attendance at Sales Meetings – on-site and off-site, including some in Europe.
  • Ordering stationery, printer consumables, and kitchen supplies.  General “housekeeping duties” as necessary.  Procurement of items using purchasing card and reconciling on a monthly basis.
  • Checking and sending incentive vouchers for LSS (Channel) for audit purposes.
  • Checking and proof-reading with LSS (Channel), as and when required.
  • Provide holiday/sickness cover for LSS (Channel) when required.
  • Ensuring company specific databases are kept up to date. 
  • Any other duties as required. 


  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent, in Maths and English
  • Advanced IT Skills SAP including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Experience of handling confidential information
  • An adaptable and flexible approach          
  • A confident, proactive team player, able to work on own initiative
