Job Summary:


  • Receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
  • Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with Production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome.
  • Communicate with Customers and/or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders.
  • Expedite late orders and the communication of this information.
  • Act as a central communication medium between Sales/Logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air.
  • Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis.
  • Leads, manages and coaches their team, to deliver an Effortless Customer Service.
  • Sets direction for CSPs including a commitment to constantly exceed the needs of customers
  • Drive global initiatives in the region, such as Voice of the Customer, Business Continuity, Customer Service Excellence (CSE) training
  • Effectively lead change management programs and initiatives in the region to improve commercial value-add of customer service activities in the region supporting SEE competitive advantage
  • Build relationships through positive communication with all stakeholders – internal and external and works to leverage the collective resources of the function to optimize customer satisfaction and value to Sealed Air



  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English
  • Experience with SAP and IC (1S) is highly preferred
  • Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters.
  • Strong sense of initiative, enthusiastic, customer-focused with accurate data entry and computer skills.
  • Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Possession of well-developed communication skills both verbal and written is an essential quality as is the tenacity to follow through on matters to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Should have the ability to deal with both internal and external customers, possessing strong attention to detail focus.
