Sealed Air Korea is currently recruiting an Operation Leader for its warehouse & production management, as well as contract manufacturing etc. responsibilities based in Kwangju Korea

Work Scope

  • 실드에어코리아(주)의 경기도 광주사업장(창고/공장)에서 근무
  • 해당 Site의 물류 및 생산(최종가공) 운영 총괄
  •  물류팀 5명 + 생산팀5명 지휘/ 감독
  •  Supply Chain Manager에게 보고하는 Site Leader 포지션


외국계기업 또는 국내기업의 생산시설 또는 물류시설에서 근무하면서 (물류관리, 생산관리, 구매, 시설관리 등 직군) 현장직원들의 지휘 감독 경력 (5년 이상) 이 있는 분

Job Description

Logistics

  • Ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management
  • Conduct periodic cycle counting and report any issue on stocks to the manager
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ requirements
  • Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage

Last Mile Production

  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • Report regularly its performance and progress

Quality

  • Work closely with Quality team to identify recurring quality problems, agree, initiate and monitor relevant corrective action.
  • Minimize wrong picking in the warehouse and prevent any material from deterioration.

EHS

  • Comply with the company’s EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Policy by ensuring safe working conditions and practices within your area of responsibility (e.g. manual handling, use of PPE, safe use of machinery and equipment, stacking & storage, etc.)
  • Ensure all the EHS reports in time.
  • Ensure that a high standard of general housekeeping is maintained based on 5S

Maintenance

  • Ensure preventive, regular and special maintenance of all machinery and equipment within your area.
  • Ensure all maintenance schedules and records are updated accordingly
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure minimum disruption and down time.

Security

  • Ensure the facilities are secured and locked up properly by the internal control.

People development

  • Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team. Ensure achievement of personnel related targets,
  • Provide strong leadership, direction and mentoring, thereby fostering and sustaining co-operation and team spirit for bag making plant and warehouse team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company rules and procedures and work instructions, processes, systems.
  • Set measurable and realistic KPIs, work standards and expectations, where appropriate, in line with company objectives and monitor and communicate these and progress against same. Regularly review, revise and re-issue as required. Take corrective action where appropriate

Continuous Improvement

  • Make practicable improvements to workflow, work processes and efficiencies within own area in line with company and Supply Chain objectives (KPI). Use recognized business improvement techniques where practicable.
  • To continually review and report on resource requirements against anticipated scheduling/future business plans/new products.

Communication

  • Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant functions on any factors which will impact on delivery dates, commitments to customers, quality, etc

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of People leadership experience in warehouse or production site
  • 5 or more years of experience in warehouse management (inhouse/ 3PL) or production management or other functions in production site.
  • Practical skills and knowhow in inventory transaction & management
  • Cross functional communication skills
  • Attitude and potential to expand
  • Knowledge of production processing and planning both in inhouse and outsourcing-preferred
  • Fluent communication skill in both of written and verbal English-preferred
  • Knowledge of EHS, work environment and safety & strong safety awareness- preferred
  • Experience in Facility maintenance management- preferred
  • Work experiences in global manufacturing company- preferred
  • Engineering background - preferred
