‰Ñ Plans, implements and evaluates the strategy for marketing organization brands to various distribution channels (i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors) ‰Ñ Coordinates merchandising, promotion and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distribution channels to increase demand for organization products and services ‰Ñ Participates in the design of promotional programs and coordinates their implementation with key wholesalers, retailers and distributors

The mission of this role is to lead on pricing and development activities with Distributors in Russia/East Zone, influencing Distributors sales strategy being developed at local level as well as delivering a clear implementation plan in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing team.




  • In the role, the person will be accountable for building on and expanding business contacts with the Russia/East Distributors at all levels.
  • He/she will be accountable for implementing of pricing and territory split strategy for Distributors at local level in line with the country sales strategy and closely collaborating with Sales & Marketing team, Business Development team and other functions such as Application team, Technical force, Finance and others support in managing packaging projects in Russia/East market through Distributors channel;
  • He/she will be accountable for promoting our products, systems and service offer to Distributors in line with the country sales growth program in Russia/East, lead and implement Distributors development programs as well as support other activities linked to the business development through Distributors sales channel;
  • Fully understand packaging requirements of Russian food producers in different markets. Identify future trends and business opportunities;
  • Establish long term business partnership relationships with Distributors and provide the image of Sealed Air as the leading key packaging partner;
  • Control and implement the pricing and GM strategy for Distributors at local level in line with the country sales strategy in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing team;
  • Plan and support of commercial negotiations with potential and current Distributors at all levels. Quotations and commercial contracts preparation and signing with Distributors on equipment and packaging materials supply;
  • Pro-active work with Distributors in the frames of new orders obtaining on packaging materials supply;
  • Support sustainable sales and margin results growth at current Distributors as well as new business development support;
  • Co-ordination of collaboration between Distributors, supply chain, customer service, application and technical teams in the frames of day to day operational activities;
  • Use Packforum as a platform for promoting Sealed Air as a key packaging partner to Distributors;
