Job Description


The mission of this role is to lead the packaging projects, new business opening and development activity in the Central areas of Russia, influencing strategy being developed at European level as well as delivering a clear implementation plan at local level in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Management team.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

•    Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus 
•    Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities 
•    Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
•    Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account 
•    May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies 
•    Responsibilities are within the Account Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
•    In the role, the person will be accountable for building on and expanding business contacts with the food producers at all levels.
•    He/she will be accountable for defining and implementing the sales strategy at local level and closely collaborating with Sales & Marketing team and other functions such as Applications Manager, Portfolio Manager, Retail Manager, Technical force and others in managing packaging projects in the food market through a strong execution plan.
•    He/she will be accountable for promoting our products, systems and service offer in line with the country sales growth program in designated areas, to lead and implement packaging projects with new accounts as well as support new business development with the current ones.
•    He/she will be fully accountable for the sustainable sales growth and margin results in the designated market and key accounts. 


 

Responsibilities


•    Fully understand packaging requirements of food producers in different markets. Monitor, collect and analysis of the currents situation in the food markets. Identify future trends and business opportunities; 
•    Open, start up and implement new projects with potential and current Key accounts in designated areas;
•    Find and identify key business decision makers from the side of customers. Establish long term business partnership relationships and provide the image of Sealed Air as the leading key packaging partner;
•    Lead and develop projects in close co-operation with other functions of the company;  
•    Planning and leading of commercial negotiations with potential and current accounts at all levels. Quotations and commercial contracts preparation and signing on equipment and packaging materials supply;
•    Pro-active work with customers in the frames of new orders obtaining on packaging materials supply;
•    Provide sustainable sales and margin results growth at current accounts and through the newly opened projects as well as further business development support;
•    Co-ordination of collaboration between supply chain, customer service, application and technical teams in the frame of new projects start up;
•    Actively promote innovative solutions of the company into the market;
•    Monitor and analyse of competitor’s activity in the market;
•    Use Packforum as a platform for promoting Sealed Air as a key packaging partner to food producers

•    This position involves intensive travel up to 80%* in Russia and in Europe
