Job Description

 

Reports to: Service & Application Manager

 

Role: Support Russian service & application team, support Sealed Air clients

 

Job Location: Moscow, Russia

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

- Provide 100% support to customer order realization: order intake, processing, dispatch, including the preparation of shipping documentation and spare parts kit.

 

- Provide information support regarding order status.

 

- Optimize interaction processes between the customer and the company internal services. Coordinate spare parts dispatch and delivery process according to received orders.

 

- Monitor customer satisfaction level and provide action to increase it.

 

- Provide correct data input control. Control actual spare parts and equipment stock in Galaxy.

 

- Implement order placement for Suppliers to fulfill spare parts and equipment standard stock and receive preordered items on time. Record spear parts into "Galaktica" system.

 

- Analyze spare parts movement, avoid excessive stock period, and increase spare parts turnover. 


 

Qualifications

 

- Higher education

- 1-3 years relevant work experience

- Intermediate English

- Experience working with clients

- Advanced User (PC, SAP ERP, Word, Excel)
